So below are some simple examples of how you can protect your hair at<br>night.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol><\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ilbahair.com\/product\/satin-bonnets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ilbahair.com\/product\/satin-bonnets\/\">Get a satin or silk bonnet<\/a><\/strong><br>Sleeping in a satin bonnet has many benefits. One is that the material does not absorb your hair products as cotton bedsheets and pillowcases do. Which means that it will help in moisture retention. Second, they are smooth other than cotton that are rough and do not cause friction that may lead to knots and tangles in your natural hair that leads to breakage. You may get a satin pillowcase or headwrap depending on your preference. Just keep in mind that the material you<br>keep your natural hair in at night has to be either satin or silk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Keep it simple<\/strong><br>If you already had a cute hairstyle that you don\u2019t want to remove, then don\u2019t! Just put on your satin bonnet and go to bed. You will only re-do a simple retouch on your style in the morning. Note: Avoid tight hairstyles! Tight hairstyles, such as tight ponytails or buns, can put a lot of strain on your hair and lead to breakage. If you prefer to keep your hair up at night, opt for a looser hairstyle or use hair ties and pins that are gentle on your hair.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pineapple<\/strong><br>Avoid sleeping on your afro as it might cause tangles in your hair. This technique is about gathering all your hair at the top of your head and securing it with a hair tie or scrunchie. This technique can help maintain volume and reduce tangles in curly hair. It&#8217;s also recommended to use a satin or silk hair tie or scrunchie when pineapple, as the materials are less abrasive and damaging to the hair than other materials. After pineapple, just put on your satin bonnet and head to sleep. If you have shorter hair that can\u2019t fit in one pineapple, make as many sections as your hair can fit in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"4\"><\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Style it! (Bantu<\/strong> knots, twists, braids\u2026)<br>There are those mornings when you want your Afro to look a bit curly. If that\u2019s the case, you may braid your hair before going to sleep, and take down the braids in the morning for a \u201cbraid-out\u201d look. You may also twist it and do a twist-out in the morning. You may also do some Bantu knots and take them down in the morning.
